Project Home is the North's leading builder of bespoke homes. In order to achieve our objectives we need, we buy leads through a company called Planning Pipe. The data we buy is the planning data from local authorities so it lets us know who has received planning consent for a new home in the area we subscribe to which is basically Yorkshire and the North West.
The plan then is to send a brochure to the clients/agents/architects whose details are on the leads and then to follow up with a phone call with the intention of us either being able to tender for the project and/or arrange an appointment with the client/agent/architect.
We need someone to make the follow up calls and to pursue the client/agent/architect on a regular basis to do our best to get the opportunity to tender. In terms of volume we would like to achieve two tenders/month initially increasing to three around summer 2015.
If you could let me know if this is something you would be able to help us with then it would be appreciated.
