Radical design needed

radical design needed for website providing cloud computing ( to consumers NOT businesses)

Hi,

I have a website which provides cloud computing services to individuals for free. The site looks boring and not infomative. I would like that to change with a radical redesign which looks something like http://kuggaa.com/ but better.

I require the following:
1. A new logo which reflects design
2. An informative front page with login and registration area (http://kuggaa.com/)
3. A page for advertisers ( why choose us)
4. High definition colours, very attractive, intuitive and engaging
5. Multiple languages (english, arabic, chinese, hindi, spanish)
6. Download button for our application
