Database Creation

Description of analysis: We require the creation of a bespoke database which is to be accessible offline.
The database will have a number of drop down menus displaying various information. The user will choose different criteria from the drop down menus to get a certain report/result.
For example, imagine a list of kitchen cabinets, then a list of door funiture then a list of wood surfaces which are all selectable, when selected the result is a recommended kitchen.
We think this databse could be created in access perhaps other software but it must be run on a computer without the need to buy expensive software or be online. If it updates when connected to the internt that would be a bonus but not nessasary.
