Web designer to create site

Hello

I am a designer looking for a freelance web designer / coder to build a max 10 page site, I will supply all page designs, copy and images. It will have a dynamic image slideshow (5 images) on the landing page. It needs to be iPad/tablet friendly so no Flash. The finished site needs to be valid HTML and needs to be static HTML site - so no CMS solutions like Wordpress/Joomla etc.

I am based in the midlands/London - it may be, if this project, goes through painlessly, other projects will come through - so we may need to meet up occasionally?
