Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for an excellent UK based virtual assistant/ pa to assist our director in the UK.
We supply online business marketing services and are expanding fast.
This will be a long term position but looking for a 10 hour trial first check we are a good match.
Only apply if you are excellent at what you do and are super organised.
We are looking for someone who can provide solutions to ensure issues
get resolved without lots of senior involvement. You need to be able
to think, explore and propose solutions.
You tasks will include:
- Chasing up clients for payments
- Liaising on the Directors behalf with contractors
- Scheduling of appointments
- Handling email inquiries
- Client care (sending out gift cards etc)
- Calling inquiries back to give information about our services
You need to possess a good working knowledge of:
- All microsoft products (excel, word etc)
- Able to use the internet effectively (eg: Google Docs, Calender, Gmail Etc)
