H. B. on 25/03/2011 13:37Dear Sarah,
Am I right that you need someone who can translate from Spanish to English (and tribal to English?!), i.e. someone who speaks Spanish, or do you just need help with the typing, timecoding and names English side of it?
Helen

S. B. on 31/03/2011 19:09I would need about 20 hours transcribed
P. C. on 06/09/2011 23:09Hi, is your budget for the whole project? thanks
Reply from Client
S. B. on 06/09/2011 23:40Yes, assuming that this will be doable within a day or 2 as I only have about 5-7 hours of footage that needs to be translated. Some clips are a few seconds long whereas others are a few minutes. If by the end of this week, I calculate more footage in Spanish than stated now, then I will increase the budget to £100 for the whole job within a 3 days.
Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
