We are a 23 year old established marketing support project management operation which helps clients in construction and property related markets.
As an expansion to our in-house research team we are now looking for freelance tele-researchers to carry out telephone research, working to the proposals we have agreed with our clients. We have continual proactive research- prospecting work available for the right people (This is not a sales position and no selling is involved).
We have many different projects running at any time, you would need to be comfortable speaking to Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Facility Managers, Supply Chain Managers, Engineers, Engineering Managers, Factory Managers, Maintenance Mangers, Project Managers, Strategic Development Officers right through to Director Level.
You would be provided with a login to our system which you would access over the Internet, we would provide you with access to a database of work which will have already been prepared in readiness for you.
Working to a project brief which is supplied by us, each database of work will be allocated a maximum time stating the number contacts we would normally expect – this is just a guide.
You would be working on 2 different types of work:-
1) Speak to brand new companies, where you would need to use your research and detective skills to route out the correct person to speak to, confirm their full contact details are correct and ask them some key questions and populate this information into the database.
2) Speak to existing contacts which have already been established, confirm their full contact details are still correct and update the key question and populate the information into the database.
You will be paid per hour for the work carried out and after an initial trial period there will be a productivity and performance bonus payable in addition.
We are handling and generating information which can be both commercially sensitive and subject to both primary and secondary copyright. For this reason we will need to ask you to conform to a NDA (Non-disclosure agreement) before any work can be started.
You will be helped through our simple processes and standard procedures to ensure you conform to data protection regulations and codes of practice.

Sometimes the data will be provided and a database needs to be populated, sometimes we will require that additional research is undertaken.
