Simple modern website for Damp Proofing

We have a client who requires a simple brochure style website to advertise his Damp Proofing business.
The website needs to be very modern and eye catching. I can supply all text and logos etc.
Must be able to show me your portfolio. High possibility of further work if i'm happy with the finished result.
I only need the actual website creating, all hosting and domains etc will be provided by ourselves.
