Personal Website Needed

Hi everyone.
I need a personal website developed (as soon as possible) that can be easily updated and edited on my side. The idea of the site is to be my work portfolio, blog, gallery of work, resume, awards, etc. I need to be able to easily edit and add things over time.

My overall style is:
- Minimalistic/ clean
- Modern/ luminous
- Color Selective (greyscale with a pop of a selected color)

The website needs to communicate:
- Past work/resume (in a variety of industries) and major goals for the future
- Be interesting, attractive, and making people want to click around
- Confidence and a great interface to communicate skill and design
- Nothing overly futuristic, just in the moment, now.
(big fan of greyscale and minimal luminous styles)

Winning bidder will be:
- Realistic on pricing, or just under a realistic price.
- Good portfolio, or something else to communicate strength in design
- Great Communicational skills and timeliness on replies.
