New Travel Dating Site

I am looking to create/market a travel dating site where potential partners can meet up in a holiday environment ie on actual holiday or abroad etc
I have in mind something of a cross between
www.city-of-brides.com
and http://real-ukraine-girls.alexfriends.com.

I have attached also, a further idea of the site that i drew up personally.

I will require all the usual dating site features like search, photos, chat & possibly video, profile blogs, hotlist, possibly online chat/video, possibly a wall – similar to Facebook wall etc

Will need some assistance with Logo design and web site layout.

As part of the site, i require
- a CMS/admin panel whereby i can subsequently manage all aspects of the site, add pages, text and photos, modify and delete
- a method of receiving payment by cards
- an autotranslate feature or to be able to switch the site into 2 or 3 other langauages
- a facility for social network links along with backlinks
- a facilty for me to buy in and upload for example 5000 profiles at a time
- Full search engine optimisation of the site pre-handover – this includes site text and keyword review, full optimisation and submission to search engines and the ability to further opimise myself
- a forum for the site
and possibly a few other additions/features........
