Logo Designer

I would like a custom logo designed for my Coaching business, the coaching involves life coaching, health coaching, mentoring and facillitation. My market is both corporate and the general public. On responding to my add I would like to know the type of file format I would get , the number of concepts , the number of revisions allowable, who would own the copyright of the logo on completion, the software you design with, would you supply vector format, delivery time, how the logo would be delivered, what could I use the logo for , would i be able to use the logo without specialist software.
