Logo Design for PR Agency

Hello, I'm looking for a crisp, fresh makeover for my company logo.

My company philosophy is very simple and I would like it to be somehow incorporated into the company name which is just three letters: jwc

I would also like some advice on colours.

I'd really like to see a sample of the work you are proudest of - rather than the usual 'see my website here...' Doesn't matter if it's not exactly relevant to this.

I'd also be keen to see some rough concepts or at least discuss them before awarding the job.
