We own and operate 3-4 websites (job search related) that attract a decent volume of incoming enquires such as:
General Support
Sales Support
Account Support
Technical Support
Affiliate Management (small)
Invoice queries (small)
Some traffic analysis (monthly)
The job will be simply to respond to incoming emails and deal with them accordingly.
The hours are pretty flexible. Something like 10am till 1130 then 1600 - 1740 so 3 hours per day 5 days per week.
Key Skills Required:
Experience in customer service
Excellent communication skills
Excellent written English
Know the difference between Social Media and the Social Club!
