Google adwords campaign update

I am looking for some one that can update our google adwords campaigns. Right now we have many key words and obtain a large number of click, however we are not getting as much work as we would like for the amount we spend. I am looking for someone to analyse and make changes to keywords and help ensure are adds are viewed firsts. We manage the adwords our selves and top up our budget when required. This is a one off request to update the campaign, which we will manage ourselves there after unless I receive a reasonable quote for it to be fully managed. Many thanks
