Freelance Senior Web Designer

Looking for a highly creative web designer with a strong portfolio for part time/ freelance work. We need someone who can great user centred design, projects will include business websites, html email design, e-commerce, portals and content managed sites.

Ability to create wireframes and interpret high level requirements to design is needed. An understanding of accessible design and usability issues would be advantageous.
