Change existing website to wordpress

Change existing website to wordpress and move to new hosting provider

I have a website currently being hosted on Fasthosts.

A graphic designer built my website but it is still on a sitebuilder template.

I would like

- this site moved from Fasthosts to a new hosting provider (I have the account all set up).
- this existing site put into a wordpress site
- the sidebar navigation changed into a horizontal navigation with sub menus

The site effectively needs freshening up and needs an overhaul.

I can provide the copy - just needs a genius to put it in the right set up.

Would appreciate your bids with what you would charge for doing this.

With the type of work I do, I am looking for somebody I can call on for all future client requirements.
