Candidate Telemarketing Expert

I am currently seeking an exceptional telemarketer to work with me on a new venture in the recruitment sector.

Ideally I am looking for somebody home-based, a real people person who is able to open doors and talk to all levels of management.

Instead of using the traditional recruitment method of finding vacancies and sending average CV's to a client, we are going to turn the process on it's head by finding only exceptional candidates and marketing them effectively to a select group of targetted companies.

This means that the work requires a high level research and a consultatvie approach. Often you will only get a small number of opportunities to market a candidate to a suitable prospect, so each call really does count.

This role needs somebody who is bubbly, smart and could sell ice to eskimos. A background in recruitment is highly desirable.
