We are a leading business consultancy operating successfully in a number of regions and have recently expanded into London. We are looking for an experienced part-time telemarketer with a strong business development background – You must be confident cold calling a database of London business owners/senior decision makers to assist our Business Improvement Specialists with the generation of new sales appointments. You will need to have experience of building long lasting relationships to maximise sales.
You will be given a list of contacts which includes full name, business name, telephone number and email address. We are able to provide you with a branded email address if this is needed. It will be your job to contact the businesses by phone or email to arrange an appointment with one of our Business Improvement Specialists.
We will provide you with all the information and training you require but will not create a script for you to use – you must be confident in making calls without this aid. The ideal candidate will have a professional telephone manner and be customer focused.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to help us grow our client base in London. Although we are only looking at a small number of hours a week initially, it will increase as we expand.
This is a part time position for 5 - 10 hours a week over a trial period of 4 weeks. You can choose your own work pattern and you will be offered more work if quality appointments are generated -you will receive a bonus for every appointment you generate that turns into a sale which will be disclosed to the successful candidate. You will be expected to provide detailed notes following email and/or telephone contact to aid follow up.
If you would rather work on a results only basis, we would be happy to consider an alternative proposition.
