Purpose: employment-related securities support, a CGT computation, and a US Section 83(b) filing with a hard deadline of 27 August. Deliverable needed by 15-18 August. DELIVERABLE: a letter-form valuation opinion (not a long-form report), signed, on letterhead, capable of being produced to HMRC in the event of an enquiry and shared with the shareholders' overseas tax advisers.
