I need help completing my new website - powered by GoDaddy

I am starting a new consulting business and as part of this I need a very simple, smart, professional looking information only website, that potential clients can look at. I have an account with GoDaddy and I am using this platform. I have started to build the website using their website builder tool but I need help finishing it off and getting it to look good, before it can be published. I am looking for someone to work with, who can do this. I will provide the copy and thoughts, and I need someone to help me execute this and make it look good! I am expecting to give this person access to my Godaddy account, so they can work on it directly in my account. Please let me know if you think this is the best way and what experience you have of the Godaddy platform. This is not a complicated job, although I am quite inexperienced in doing these things.. I have attached below a copy of an introductory presentation that I have been using when meeting people, which will give you a feel for what I am doing and what the website needs to be like.
