Organisations license it to upskill their workforce - bulk seats under their own admin dashboard. This is where the large deals are. 2. Individuals buy course access and certification directly - professionals upskilling on their own, jobseekers wanting a credential. The project Find buyers and bring them to a close. On the organisation side that means corporates, training institutions, and government agencies - you identify prospects, make the first approach, and run the conversation through to signature. I support the demo and handle the contract once a decision-maker is engaged. On the individual side, it's volume: communities, professional groups, and channels where people are actively looking to reskill. Payment - 10% commission on everything you close. - Organisation licenses run $1,600–$7,000+ depending on seat count — roughly $160–$700 per deal, with a typical first deal landing near $280. - Individual sales are smaller but repeatable, and commission applies the same way. - Paid on receipt of the client's payment, per deal. - After 3 months of consistent activity, strong performers move to a basic monthly retainer plus retained commission.
