I would like to revisit my quotation. Entering all purchase and sales invoices, preparing and submission with your payment of your quarterly vat returns. Compiling your bank statements and write up both bank payments and bank receipts and completing your bank reconciliation ( agreeing your cash book with bank statements of the company.) Fees are £325 approx times 4 = £1300 per annum. Payroll on behalf of the company. Please note that yourself and any others are employees of the company only (it is the shareholders who own the company) and so salaries (tax deductible) must be prepared for the company. This includes monthly payslips for each employee plus end of year P35 and P14 on behalf of the company (must be submitted at Revenue and Customs by 19 May of each year) and P60 forms for each employee. Fees would be £275 approx per annum Preparation of the accounts for both HM Revenue and Customs and Companies House. Please note that each government department has different filing requirements. (Please note that you have not mentioned any large bank loans as sometimes separate accounts must be prepared for these also.) Within these final accounts dividend, car benefits policies for the company and directors loan schedules (shadow personal accounts of the company,) must be prepared and reported in the notes to the accounts as well as completing the annual return of the company (called a CT600) upon which the corporation tax must be agreed (payable 9 months and one day from the year end.) Unlimited phone email text and business meetings. Fees would be £850 approx. Therefore total fees payable would be £2425. I enclose my details as follows. Hello, my name is David Barry. I am the principal of David Barry & Company Ltd, auditors and accountants, established and trading from 3 July 1983. I encourage you to read my profile at website <Please Login to view link>. I represent many different types of both start-up and established businesses and consider that I am a very experienced and knowledgeable accountant who would be ready to answer any questions that you may have. I am also able to supply references on request. I will help, advise you how best to keep the books and records of your business being an H M Revenue & Customs legal requirement but which will also serve to help you properly prepare the financial statements of the trade (thereby helping to reduce your accountancy costs and therefore your own personal tax liabilities.) I have represented lots of different clients in their accounting, tax, vat, paye and financial requirements. I know that earnings, profits and tax can vary significantly year by year and I am very experienced at preparing management accounts, cash flows and valuations of business. I possess the necessary skills and abilities and will do all necessary research to best help you in your business. I have long experience of using all accountancy software packages like Sage, Quickboos and Pegasus and have implemented these in many businesses. Although in my practice there is lots of technical experience available, I am equally happy advising clients on basic bookkeeping like filing vat returns and paye together with day to day management of a businesses books and records. |

Hi, I note that the company is now in the third year. What happened previously with the accounts and returns and what kind of fee did you pay? It is not always smart to withhold this information as you sometimes only get rubbish if you pay peanuts. I can help but I do need to know a little more background. Also do you need a full statutory audit or can the company accounts be prepared without an audit. Julian |

Hello Luka Can I just clarify with you whether this includes doing the bookkeeping and/or payroll - or will you be doing these and then just need someone to help with the annual accounts and various returns? regards Graham |
