I am self-employed myself, and my business engages other self-employed contractors on a flexible, booking-by-booking basis. There is no obligation on Boutique Petcare to offer work, and no obligation on the contractor to accept any work offered. I would like you to review the agreement to ensure it reflects a genuine self-employed relationship and complies with current UK employment and HMRC requirements. Due to 2 negative shop reviews I was asked to appeal by addressing the shop complaints (these were just general negative reviews about fit and sizing on my clothing products I sell on TikTok shop) and I was asked to re-verify my identity .
