Summary Project Summary: I want to develop a FinTech web application that allows users to invest in fractional shares of luxury cars. The platform features a user-friendly interface for browsing and purchasing shares, with secure payment processing and real-time market updates. Project Overview: The platform features two core investment mechanics. 1. TurboYield (Car Fractionalization): Users purchase fractional shares of a car to earn passive monthly income derived from rental revenue distributions. Example: A Porsche car is valued at ₹1 Crore. Total Shares Issued: 10,000. Price per share: ₹1,000. Car earns ₹5 lakh net revenue after expenses. Monthly Rental yield = 500000 ÷ 10000 shares = 50/share. 2. TurboFlip (Car Buy & Sell): Users pool capital to purchase a vehicle, which is then resold at a premium, returning the principal and profits back to investors. Example: A Mercedes G wagon is available at 1.5 crore. 150 Investors pool in money. (1 lakh each.) Car is purchased Car is re-sold at 20% premium (i.e. 1.8 crore net revenue after expenses) Payout to each Investor = 1.8 crore ÷ 150 = 1,20,000. Platform: Web-based app (optimized for desktop and mobile) OR Native Mobile Apps for iOS and Android. Preferred Tech Stack: Frontend & Mobile: Cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native to deploy seamlessly to Web, iOS, and Android simultaneously. Backend: Node.js (Express), Python (Django/FastAPI), or Go for scalable backend API development. Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB to safely manage transactional data, user accounts, and fractional investments Cloud & Infra: AWS, Google Cloud, or Firebase for secure hosting and scaling. Core Features & Technical Scope: 1. User Authentication & Onboarding • OTP-based signup and login via Mobile (SMS/WhatsApp) and Email • KYC compliance system (PAN, Aadhaar, and Bank Account verification) 2. Investor Dashboard / Members Area • Dashboard – invested amount, current value, total earned, shares owned • Cars (TurboYield) – shows a list of cars that users can buy shares of. When clicked, it opens vehicle details page, where users can select # of shares they wish to buy. • Cars (TurboFlip) – shows a list of cars that users can invest money. • Marketplace (p2p Exchange) – Users can sell their shares here. They can also buy shares listed by other users. • Rewards – e.g. users who own 10 shares get a chance to win an iPhone every quarter. They can choose their own 6-digit number and enter the draw. • Refer & earn – Users can refer others to sign-up and get paid a commission. • Wallet – Members can top-up their account here. Also, payouts from admin are credited to the wallet. They can withdraw to their bank account from here. • Profile – Members profile, KYC details etc. 3. Centralized Admin Console • Overview – shows metrics like total users, # of investors, invested amount etc. • Users – list of users and management. • KYC – pending KYC approvals are reviewed by admin here. • Manage Cars (TurboYield and TurboFlip)– add and manage cars • Payouts – calculate and manage monthly payouts or profit distribution. • Manual Payments – Review UPI / bank transfer submissions and approve • Withdrawals – Approve bank withdrawal requests • Settings – payment and general settings • Rewards & Draw – choose winners for iPhone draw 4. Backend Logic & Automation • Execution of a daily automated backend job (cron job) to calculate dynamic share pricing using revenue metrics. NOTE: I have a 3-page highly detailed technical specifications document with formula metrics and prototype links that I will share under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) once we pass the initial screening.

However there is a word “blast” i need extending ever so slightly with vibranto added on the end inly needs extending for 1.5 seconds just the vocal. And then the word “past” again the same. Improve quality of old photo
Hi, I have at least two if not up to 10 old photos that have been digitalised (i.e. a photo has been taken of them by the latest iphone). I'd like the quality of these images improved if possible, especially the resolution. The two main images are attached below. The reason we want them improved is because headshots will be used for plaques on gravestones, which will mean them needing to have higher resolution as the images will be zoomed in on.
General mastering polish and extending vocals
I will professionally master and enhance your live iPhone vocal recording of "This Is Me." Services include subtle polishing, pitch correction, reverb and dynamics to preserve an authentic live feel. I'll extend and tune specific phrases—“marching on,” “look how cause here I come,” “worthy of,” and the “drown them out, woaaah”—smoothing riffs and runs, aligning pitch to a consistent mixed/belt tone while retaining character. Quick turnaround and musical, natural results.

Compile existing iOS Swift codebase and publish to TestFlight
I have a complete Swift codebase for a native iOS app (~3,600 lines, 19 files, iOS 17, SwiftUI + SwiftData + RoomPlan + ARKit). The code is written but has never been compiled. I need someone to: 1. Set up the Xcode project, drag in the source files, configure Info.plist with the required usage descriptions (camera, location) 2. Fix any compile errors that appear on first build (expect 2–4 small ones — not major rewrites; the code is structurally complete) 3. Verify the app builds and runs on a real LiDAR iPhone (iPhone 12 Pro or newer required — you must have access to one) 4. Test that the LiDAR room scan actually works end-to-end on a real room 5. Sign and upload to TestFlight under my Apple Developer account (I will provide credentials and add you as an admin) 6. Add me as an internal tester so I can install via TestFlight About the app: "DEA ScanPlan" — a tool for UK Domestic Energy Assessors to scan rooms with LiDAR and produce EPC-ready floor plans. Uses Apple's RoomPlan framework. Five screens: dashboard, new project, live scan, post-scan workspace with editable 2D plan, review & export (PDF + JSON). All data stored locally with SwiftData. No camera photos, no cloud, offline-first. MUST HAVE: - Prior iOS App Store / TestFlight experience (link an example) - Access to a LiDAR-equipped iPhone or iPad for testing - Familiarity with RoomPlan or ARKit OUT OF SCOPE: - No design work - No new features - Just compile what's written, fix any small build errors, get it onto my phone via TestFlight DELIVERABLES: - Working TestFlight build I can install on my iPhone 15 Pro - The fixed Xcode project as a zip - A short note on any changes you made and why Budget: £300 fixed price Timeline: 1 week from start Please ask any questions before bidding. If you cannot test on a real LiDAR device, please don't bid — the app cannot be verified in the simulator.

AI Visual Inspection App for Cleaning & Property Setup
Título recomendado para la oferta: AI Visual Inspection App for Cleaning & Property Setup (iPhone + Android) Y el texto en inglés: We are looking for a programmer or small development team to create a very simple mobile app/web app for cleaning control and vacation rental property setup. The MOST IMPORTANT part of this project is AI image comparison. The main idea is that every room or area of the property has a “reference photo” showing exactly how it should look. After cleaning or setup, the staff takes a new photo with the phone, and the AI compares both images automatically to detect visual differences. Examples of what the AI should detect: * bed not properly made, * cushions/pillows not correctly positioned, * missing decorative objects, * missing items inside the fridge, * sunbeds not positioned correctly, * objects out of place, * messy areas, * visible missing items, * cleaning or presentation issues. The app should clearly show the detected differences, ideally highlighting them visually on the image or describing what is wrong. Basic workflow: 1. The administrator creates areas/zones of the property: kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, terrace, pool area, fridge, wardrobes, etc. 2. A reference photo is uploaded for each area. 3. Cleaning staff opens the app from their phone. 4. They go through each area step by step. 5. They take a new photo after finishing. 6. The AI compares the new image with the reference image. 7. The app indicates whether everything is correct or shows the detected differences. 8. A supervisor can review everything from another phone or computer. The app must work on both iPhone and Android, preferably as a web app or hybrid app. Very important: * Extremely easy to use. * Very visual interface. * Fast mobile experience. * Designed for non-technical cleaning staff. The first version can be simple and “homemade.” We mainly want to test the concept this summer in a real vacation rental property. If it works well, we plan to improve it later and potentially commercialize it. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in: * AI visual analysis, * image comparison, * computer vision, * object detection, * or similar technologies. Please include: * your relevant AI/image analysis experience, * recommended technologies, * estimated cost for a first working version, * estimated timeline, * and examples of similar projects if available.

The job is to be warm, genuine, and represent the brand well. Your Responsibilities Visit independent cafés, juice bars, and artisan bakeries across Portland neighborhoods (we'll give you a curated list of 40 target venues) Introduce yourself and PROOF Display to the owner or manager Leave a device with any merchant who wants to try it (we handle the tech setup — you just need to be there) Film the unboxing moment on your iPhone when a merchant says yes Capture ambient footage at each location — device on the counter, morning atmosphere, customers, the café vibe Visit active merchants once every two weeks to say hello, see how things are going, and grab fresh footage Send a short update to our team after each outing — what you heard, what felt good, what didn't Who You Are You live in Portland, OR and know the neighborhood café scene well You have your own car and are comfortable driving across NE, NW, SE, and Downtown You are naturally warm and easy to talk to — people open up to you quickly You have some background in hospitality, events, community work, or anything that involves face-to-face people skills You are comfortable walking into a new place and starting a conversation with a stranger You can shoot clean, steady iPhone video — nothing fancy, just natural and authentic You are reliable, organized, and communicate proactively Scope & Timeline Start date: July 2025 Duration: 4–6 weeks Time commitment: Approximately 3–4 half-day outings over the contract period Goal: Place our device with 5 Portland cafés as founding pilot merchants Compensation Fixed price: $650 for the full engagement Mileage reimbursed separately at IRS standard rate (~$0.67/mile)

Complete Capacitor iOS Setup Apple Developer Configuration
I have an existing Capacitor app that is already working and the Android side has already been built successfully. I now need help completing the iOS side of the project. The project already includes the source code, GitHub repository, Codemagic setup, and generated iOS folder. I need an experienced developer to properly configure the remaining iOS setup, resolve any build/configuration issues, and generate a working iOS build ready for TestFlight/App Store submission. The freelancer must have access to a Mac/Xcode environment and experience with Capacitor iOS deployment and Apple Developer/App Store Connect. Since I do not currently have an Apple Developer setup completed yet, I would also need guidance/help with the Apple side required for the iOS deployment process. I would like the remaining work completed professionally so the app is fully ready for iPhone deployment and submission. I am mainly looking for someone who can take over the remaining iOS deployment/setup side of the project and get it fully working with minimal work left for me afterward.
