Hi, I'm Alex. My channel is currently mostly Pop Mart and blind box content — unboxings, hauls, weekly collector news — but it's slowly growing into something bigger: collecting joy in general. Fashion, travel, hotels, little luxuries, the stuff that makes life feel good. Here's the honest bit: I love filming and I'm terrible at editing. I over-film, I can't cut anything, and my videos end up 40 minutes when they should be 20. I need an editor who has opinions and isn't afraid to bin half my footage. Editing also takes me an absolute age and is slowing the channel down. What the job looks like: one 20 ish minute video a week to start (talking head, b-roll, product close-ups), plus 2–3 Shorts cut from it. As we get into a rhythm I want to build up to three videos a week, so there's real room to grow here — I'm looking for one editor long-term, not a rotation of freelancers. On style: I'm cosy core. I chat away, it's warm and personal, and I want the edit to match — good music, lovely colour, gentle pacing that still keeps people watching. No whoosh sound effects, no zoom-punch-ins every three seconds. To apply, send me 2–3 links to long-form videos you're actually credited on (vlogs or lifestyle stuff ideally) and your per-video rate. Also tell me which video on my channel you'd have edited differently and what you'd have done.

# Freelance Creator Outreach & Community Manager (EU Skincare Brand) ## About Us We're launching a premium European certified organic skincare brand focused on high-quality ingredients, transparency, and sustainable beauty. We're looking for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with skincare content creators and can help us establish a strong community before launch. --- ## Role Overview We're looking for an experienced freelance Creator Outreach & Community Manager to identify, contact, and build relationships with micro creators across Europe. Your primary goal is to secure product seeding opportunities with creators who produce authentic skincare content and can generate honest reviews, UGC, and social content. This is a relationship-building role—not a mass outreach position. --- ## Responsibilities ### Creator Research * Identify relevant skincare, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle creators across: * Instagram * TikTok * YouTube Shorts * Focus primarily on creators located in: * Germany * United Kingdom * Netherlands * Sweden * France * Denmark * Evaluate creators based on: * Audience quality * Engagement rate * Content quality * Brand fit * Authenticity ### Outreach * Write personalized outreach messages. * Contact creators via email or direct message. * Build genuine relationships. * Answer creator questions professionally. * Coordinate shipping information. * Follow up with creators after delivery. * Encourage honest product reviews (never request only positive reviews). ### Campaign Management Maintain a creator database including: * Contact details * Platform * Country * Follower count * Engagement rate * Outreach status * Shipping status * Content received * Permission to reuse content * Future collaboration opportunities ### Reporting Provide a weekly report covering: * Creators researched * Outreach sent * Response rate * Products shipped * Content created * UGC received * Opportunities and recommendations --- ## Requirements * Experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands. * Strong written English. * Excellent communication skills. * Highly organized. * Comfortable using spreadsheets or Airtable. * Experience with Instagram and TikTok outreach. * Able to identify authentic creators rather than relying solely on follower count. Preferred: * Experience with European skincare brands. * Knowledge of organic or natural beauty. * German, French, Dutch, or Swedish language skills are a plus. --- ## Success Metrics (KPIs) Weekly: * Research 100–150 qualified creators. * Send 50–75 personalized outreach messages. * Achieve a response rate of at least 20%. * Secure 10–15 product seeding agreements. Monthly: * Ship products to 30–50 creators. * Receive 20+ pieces of user-generated content. * Obtain permission to reuse content from participating creators. * Build a pipeline of creators interested in future collaborations. --- ## What We're Looking For We're not looking for someone who sends hundreds of generic messages. We're looking for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with creators who genuinely align with our brand and values. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about skincare and community-building. --- ## To Apply Please include: * A brief introduction about yourself. * Your experience with influencer or creator outreach. * Examples of campaigns you've managed. * Any results you've achieved (response rates, UGC generated, partnerships, etc.). * The tools you use for creator research and campaign management. * Your hourly rate or preferred pricing model. * Your availability.

Backlink Building Specialist (Freelance / Performance-Based) — GeoRankers Type: Freelance / Ongoing | Location: Remote About GeoRankers We help B2B SaaS companies understand how AI engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity describe their brand to potential buyers and go beyond a visibility score to verify whether a specific fix actually moved the needle. We're an early-stage, fast-moving startup building our SEO and organic presence from the ground up. What we need We're looking for an experienced link builder to run a monthly, quality-first backlink acquisition process for our website. This is not a bulk link-placement gig, we care about a small number of real, relevant, high-quality links over a large number of throwaway ones. If your pitch involves PBNs, link farms, paid link networks, or guaranteed link counts with no quality context, this isn't the right fit. What you'll be doing Identify and secure backlink opportunities from topically relevant sites: SaaS, B2B marketing, martech, startup/founder publications, and adjacent categories Execute via legitimate channels: guest posting, HARO/journalist-style outreach, resource-page outreach, partnerships, and other white-hat methods Vet every prospective site for Domain Rating/Authority, real organic traffic, and topical relevance before pitching or placing Report monthly on referring domains added, DR/DA of each, anchor text used, and placement context (not just a raw link count) Flag any link opportunity that looks borderline (low-quality directory, suspicious exchange, etc.) rather than placing it by default Pay structure Performance-based, paid monthly against verified referring domains that meet our quality bar: Minimum DR/DA of 25 and topical relevance required for a placement to count Target: 4–6 qualifying referring domains per month. Placements at DR 40+ are weighted 1.5–2x toward this target and we'd rather reward fewer, stronger links than a higher count of borderline ones Links must be live and verifiable at time of payment Links that go dead or are removed within 60 days of placement will be deducted from the following month's count, not clawed back retroactively Open to proposals on rate per qualifying referring domain — please include your typical monthly output and quality benchmarks in your pitch. What we're looking for Demonstrated experience in white-hat link building for SaaS, tech, or B2B companies: portfolio or case studies required Working knowledge of Ahrefs, Moz, or Semrush for prospecting and vetting Clear, honest reporting: we'd rather know the real number than a padded one Understanding of what actually moves rankings vs. what just moves a vanity metric Bonus: experience specifically with early-stage/startup SEO, or in the marketing tech / SaaS tools space To apply Share 2–3 examples of backlinks you've placed for a SaaS or B2B client (site, DR at time of placement, and result if known), and your proposed monthly rate structure.

KeyShot Specialist – Plastic Material & Lighting Setup Expert
PROJECT DESCRIPTION We are an established sports equipment brand looking for a KeyShot expert to help us move a set of product renders from a flat, CAD-preview look to true photographic realism, suitable for front-of-pack hero imagery. This is not a standard production render job. We are specifically looking for someone who can develop and dial in the right material, texture, and lighting settings on one or two sample models, then hand over the complete settings package so our existing rendering supplier can apply the same look across our full product range in their own copy of KeyShot. The product is a small, moulded plastic item with subtle translucency. Getting that material quality right is the crux of the brief. We should also mention that our full product range is already set up and organised within KeyShot. Ideally, whatever material presets and lighting rig are developed through this engagement could be applied across that existing setup without having to rebuild or re-import each product individually. If you have experience structuring KeyShot material libraries and scene rigs in a way that makes them portable and easy to apply at scale, please mention this in your response. We will share full project details, reference images, and the CAD model (STEP format) with the shortlisted candidate under a mutual NDA before work begins. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU BEFORE WE SHORTLIST Rather than a standard cover letter, please answer the following five questions. Your answers will carry more weight than your portfolio in our decision. Honest, specific answers are far more useful to us than vague ones. 1. Which version of KeyShot do you work in, and how long have you been using it professionally? 2. When rendering a soft, slightly translucent plastic (such as a sports mouthguard, silicone grip, or similar), which material type or shader do you use in KeyShot, and what are the two or three settings you pay most attention to in order to get that quality right? 3. How do you approach lighting a small plastic product for a front-of-pack hero shot? Describe your typical setup, including how you use (or choose not to use) an HDRI environment. 4. Once a look is approved, how would you package your settings so that another KeyShot user on a different machine could replicate the result? What files would you provide, and how would you structure those settings so they could be applied across a pre-existing library of models in KeyShot, rather than being tied to a single scene file? 5. Please share one or two examples of previous work involving plastic, rubber, or similarly translucent materials. Links are fine. BUDGET AND TIMELINE Fixed price preferred. To be agreed once we have shortlisted. This is a focused, bounded piece of work rather than an ongoing contract.

Google Ads / SEO Support for Cape Town Travel & Tourism Website
**Help Needed: Google Ads / SEO Support for Cape Town Travel & Tourism Website** I’m looking for someone experienced with Google Ads and/or SEO to help get my mom’s travel and tourism website showing properly on Google. She runs a small travel and tourism business based in **Cape Town, South Africa**, offering airport transfers, private tours, and local travel services. I’m based in the UK and have been trying to help her with the website and Google Ads myself, but I’ll be honest — I don’t really know what I’m doing and I’ve reached the point where I need proper help. I have already attempted to set up some Google Ads, but the campaign is limited, some assets are missing, and I’m not confident it has been set up correctly. I’m looking for someone who can: * Review the existing website and Google Ads setup * Fix or rebuild the Google Ads campaign properly * Advise on the best keywords and targeting * Help improve visibility on Google * Give honest advice on whether SEO, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, or a combination would be best * Work with a modest budget, as I’m simply trying to help my mom get more enquiries This is not a large corporate project, so I’m looking for someone practical, honest, and affordable who can explain things clearly without overcomplicating it. Please include: 1. What you would recommend doing first 2. Whether you would focus on Google Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile, or all three 3. Your estimated cost to review and improve the setup 4. Any examples of similar small business or travel/tourism campaigns you have worked on The website is for a Cape Town-based travel and tourism business, but I am managing the project from the UK.

Video Editor — short-form social content (ongoing retainer)
About the brand Kozlovski is a classic menswear brand. The content we produce is educational, considered, and stylistically rooted. We are not a fast-fashion or streetwear brand. The tone is serious, intentional, and slightly exclusive. What the job is 3 short-form reels/TikToks per week (approximately 12–13 videos per month), on an ongoing retainer basis. Every video is fully scripted — you will receive a written script alongside the raw footage. No creative direction ambiguity. Vertical 9:16 format, 30–90 seconds per video. Footage shot on DJI Osmo Pocket 3 in D-Log M colour profile. This is a long-term, recurring arrangement — we are not looking for one-off help. Consistency and reliability matter more than flash. What we need from each video Colour correction D-Log M grade to a clean, warm, natural look. No heavy filters or cinematic LUTs. Captions/subtitles Styled, on-brand. No auto-generated caption dumps. Clean font, correct placement. Music sync Where relevant. Royalty-free tracks only. Must complement the tone — no generic upbeat filler. Pacing and cuts Clean and deliberate. The brand is not hyperactive. No jump-cut overload. Requirements Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. CapCut-only editors will not be considered. Portfolio or examples of short-form content you have edited (not filmed — editing work specifically). Ability to grade D-Log M footage to a natural, clean result. Available for a consistent weekly workflow — this is not project work, it is ongoing. Clear, prompt communication in English. Response time matters as much as edit quality. Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a paid test edit before any commitment is made. You will receive a short clip of raw footage and a script, and will produce one finished reel. Do not apply if you are not open to this. Budget £150/month for approximately 12–13 videos. This is a starting-out brand with a tight budget — we are honest about that. In return, you get consistent work, a clear brief every time, and a brand that is worth being associated with as it grows. Rate is open to discussion for the right person. How to apply Send a short message introducing yourself, a link to your editing portfolio or 2–3 examples of short-form work you have edited, the software you use, and your availability. Applications without portfolio examples will not be reviewed.
