Accounts Preparation & Filing Brief

I’m looking for an accountant to prepare and file my statutory accounts and Corporation Tax return for a small company, minimial transactions as its in startup mode. Current position * The Companies House accounts are currently around two weeks overdue. * All bookkeeping is complete, reconciled and up to date. * The company generated very little trading revenue during the accounting period. * There were only a small number of transactions. What I need Please: * Prepare the statutory accounts. * File the accounts with Companies House. * Prepare and submit the Corporation Tax return (CT600) to HMRC. * Confirm whether any Corporation Tax is payable. * Advise if any year-end adjustments are required before filing. Information available I can provide: * Reconciled bookkeeping records. * Bank statements. * Supporting documentation for all expenses. * Any additional information required to complete the accounts. As the accounts are already overdue, I’m looking for someone who can complete this promptly. Please let me know your fixed fee, availability, and what you need from me to get started.

The text is in SPANISH. If you have a good OCR it could do more than half the work for you however you would still need to check the OCR.
