I need tow short videos

We are a construction company and do a lot of interviews for projects.
I'd like to have two short videos.
I work mainly in Microsoft PowerPoint (2013) for the slide presentation. The videos would need to seamlessly integrate with the rest of the presentation.
The first would be a video that shows what technologies and computer programs we use. I have used a slide that shows a "grid" of about 12 significant technologies/programs. Since we typically don't have a lot of time in our presentations, I was hoping to still use the grid, but have it "fly-in" or appear in a cool way. We'd only have about 2 seconds.
We can discuss the particulars after you are hired.
The second is somewhat like the first video, but this time we are showing the ways in which we self-perform work. This might be a little different. We can discuss this one a little more, but we'd have about 2-4 seconds for this one.

This may seem pretty simple, but I'm really looking for people who are a bit more experienced; so if you are trying to break into PPH and this is your first job, I won't contact you.

I also pay PER HOUR. I'd rather work with you and get things done the way I think is right instead of having you worry about trying to do subpar work within a specific time line. Please know that this may take some time, but you will be compensated. That being said, I am looking for quality and value.
