I have purchased 4x groupon deals of personalised blankets - the website that I need to upload the images require images to be 60mb

I need 4 jpegs resized and sent back so I can upload - this is what the website says "We can process jpg, jpeg, png and gif formats. Max. process 60 MB data size. "

Please let me know if you can do asap - I have attached 3 out of the 4 images s it will not let me upload the last one
