Wordpress site optimisation

Hi. I'd like to get a quote to have my Wordpress site optimised for SEO and speed.

Already have Yoast installed and social media set up. Use jpeg mini to compress photos (although forgot for last blog post!) but still slow. Not sure if it would help by switching host from TSO to WP Engine, or adding Cloudflare?

A separate job I need is to add a gallery page for my virtual tours. Something similar to the the virtual tour projects section here:

I've had someone attempt this but it's a mess and needs removing and starting over. I have panopress installed so just a case of building a page using this plugin. If you could quote separately for this that would be great.
