WordPress Development from PSD

We're looking for an experienced WordPress developer to create a WordPress website from supplied PSD designs.

You must be proficient in:

CSS3, HTML5, WordPress Menus System & UberMenu 2, A wide range of plugins, Github, CSS Sprites, Font Replacement with google fonts of Typekit, Newsletter integration, Yoast SEO, jQuery.

Cross browser checking from IE7 up and Mobile devices, although this isn't responsive design. All work and fixing bugs needs to be included within the price.

There is about 20 pages with 1 blog section and the rest page template. The templates are fairly similar except for the sidebars which use different widgets on some page templates,

I expect the work to take:

Development: 24 hours
Content Addition: 8 hours
Testing: 2 hours

Total: 34 hours.

The site will be built on our development server.
