WooCommerce Product Vendor Customisation

Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: I am looking for a programer with experience in WordPress, and preferably WooCommerce, to customise the shop functionality on my site. I am currently running the online shop through WooCommerce with the add-in Product Vendor to allow individuals to create and manage there own shops. The functionality that needs to be added is a follows:

- Shops to be registered for by existing user who then become the admin of that shop subject to approval from Admin
- Additional fields to be added under vendor details such as Logo - Address - Background Image - Contact Details
- Option to request funds released subject to rules (e.g. revenue related to x days old sales)
- Reporting on vendor dashboard (Sales etc)
- Permalink update on product pages
- Redesign of product pages and shop pages as per illustration

Additionally we would want the following added (please price separately to the above):

- Third party API to arrange logistics - creating shipping is done by the API by require to capture details such as tracking, delivery times etc for each item

- Reformat wp-admin dashboard
- update format to be in line with main site
- main screen update with admin message if required
- URL change from wp-admin to dashboard"
