Website designer

I'm looking for someone to design a website (with CMS) for my small rare breed pig farm.

The e-commerce side of the site will be pretty small...1/2 pig, 1/4 pig, taster box, deposit payment for courses, 'adopt a pig' scheme, livestock deposit and possibly a single 'special offer' which would change regularly....it definately doesn't need a store front or catagories etc.

I have quite a clear picture of the content and how Id like it to look. It needs to be able to be managed by us once it's set up and have an interesting home page with lots going on and images which double as large buttons taking visitors to the part of the site which interests them:
Pork for sale
Adopt a pig
Special offer
Latest diary (blog) entries
Calander with what markets we'll be attending and our course dates
Join our mailing list
Facebook and twitter buttons

This in addition to an about us page, a page about our pigs (poss with a video) and a contact us page...Im also keen to incorporate a forum at a later date.

Payment method? Ill need to research the options...but the ecommerce side of the site will be so small scale that paypal or google would probably do.

I'd like the design to be quirky with 'natural' graphics images and colours (greens, browns, greys, slate, grass & wood etc) and I've got a thing about using blackboard (or two) graphic with a white handwritten font for some buttons (poss special offer) or some tit bits of info around the site and I also like the idea of some of the images or text boxes at a jaunty angle as though they are pinned to the site.

Hope that gives you an idea of what I'm looking for. I want it to engage with customers existing and new, to 'sell' our business in a way we can't do in a few words when we meet people.

I can supply most content/ copy/ images but will need help with the logo design.

Designer must be able to show examples of their work.
