Website Design - Custom iPhone Website

Ok hi everyone... I'm want to expand my custom iPhone Business to the masses with a web site.

The website needs to be funky in design and up to date with the modern culture.

The important element of the site is that it is interactive, i.e a user can design a phone on line with a 3d rotatable image of the phone. So... they can change screen colour, bezel colour, buttons and back cover colour/design and have an image of the design in front of them. There also needs to be a function after this for other options these will be but are simple enough. Ultimately as the phone is generated with different options and styles so is the display price etc this then follows on to the usual database a payment options.

Now I'm a new start up and money is tight so the budget isn't massive and in fact if someone was to design the site and offer a lease option as a monthly payment that would be good. Otherwise full payment but as cheap as poss.

Simplicity in design but yet a design inline with popular culture is essential with this one because its likely to be promoted more as a brand than a service if that makes sense.
