Website construction

I need the most basic of websites creating to showcase my portfolio. I know exactly what I want on it and how I want it displayed. I already have a logo designed it is now just a matter of setting it all up. I don't want the site to be on a web builder programme as it seems they don't have any templates plain enough. I literally want a white or plain black background with a start page then a page with a list of Biography, events, editorial, videos and design and then contact. Each one of these will have a series of pictures, videos or text. it just needs to be simple.

It needs to be able to display photographs, videos and be able to be easily changed as I update it. I, unfortunately, am pretty useless when it comes to the internet so a chat would definitely be in order so you understand exactly what it is I am after.
