Website and platform development

We are looking for a web design and development company with experienced developer. The project is to create a site capable of allowing users design their own websites. The platform will be extremely userfriendly, easy to navigate with a refreshing user interface. We will also require the designers to have experience in developing mobile applications. Before we will discuss further we will require all freelancers that we interact with to enter into a non disclosure agreement.
