Web site designer

we are a rapidly growing security company who specialise in CCTV Installation and we are looking to get a new web site done by a creative, professional and affordable designer. Are about 12 pages, must be SEO friendly and has it's own content management system.

To keep the cost down we want to use an existing theme(joomla,wordpress etc and tweaking it to suit our needs.

we already have the content, we will also want to have a blog to Keep people up to date with news, projects, legislation and general info.

we also want a facebook,twitter and link in feed and a google analytics account.
