Experience Level: Intermediate
Description of support work: We are one of the biggest daily deal sites in Ireland working as a team remotely from home. The role is long term for the right person, working 9-3pm Mon-Fri. The role is fast paced, we need someone who can work efficiently and adapt to changing priorities. There are fantastic opportunities for progression within the company if you're willing to work hard.
The tasks will vary but will include:
1. Putting deals together including writing highlights, deal descriptions. making amendments, sending the ad to the merchant for approval etc. We use a content management system, a little knowledge of html preferred but not essential as you will need to include breaks, bullets and bold text. Grammar, spelling and accuracy are key to this role - there are quite a few fields in the form and if one is not entered correctly it can affect the site and email. Please mention in your proposal if you have editing software such as photoshop or a basic image editor - this is not essential if you don't, please still apply.
2. Scheduling social media posts including carousel ads, videos and writing creative text highlighting the key usps to encourage a high click rate.
3. Assisting the team with making deal amends, answering emails and various other adhoc tasks.
The team work remotely with communication via Skype messenger to be logged in at all times - you will need to be working solely for us 9-3pm Mon-Fri.
