I have an established villa rental website and would like to take it to the next level. A complete redesign, new look which I will brief and give layouts and finished art for, a new availability search function - where clients can input date/duration of stay/no of bedrooms etc and they will get a list of available properties from our database (which we don\'t yet have either!).
A similar type of site would be
I would like to get this done as soon as possible as the booking season for 2011 is nearly upon us.
You could work from home or I have a studio in Hertfordshire with macs and all CS5 programmes.

    Hey Ian,

Let us know your interest to work with us?

Also me know the tentative date when you want to start the website development work?

Do you envisage online payments? For advertising the properties? For the rental?
What about online booking (and associated payments)? Will you keep this as a manual process or will you/would you automate it on the website?
    Many thanks!
    Kind regards

    Hi Andre,

there may be a facility to pay by paypal, but this would be after email or phone contact to confirm the booking. The same goes for the booking process. There could be a "book now" button but this would send a form to us so that we can process the booking manually. This is because all of the properties are privately owned and availability must be manually verified prior to final booking acceptance.

    Hi Ian

Could you possibly let us know the URL of your current website, and also tell us which technologies you're currently using (ie. PHP or ASP.NET). This will help myself, and other developers with our bids.

    Hi Andy,

current site is I created the site myself in 2004 in GoLive. Now clunky and old-fashioned hence the brief.

I can't help you with PHP / ASP question, where would I find that out?
