Hi,
I run a property inventory company in London and will be looking for some cover during the months of December and January as we will be a little short of staff.
The jobs i require from a Virtual assistant would be to take calls from Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm; Sat 10am - 4pm
The calls will mainly be about job bookings and these will then need to be added to the calendar and assigned/confirmed with one of our inventory clerks to attend to on that day and time (if specified)
For anything more complex, then a detailed note is to be taken and emailed to me.
A lot of the time you will just be able to pass the message directly onto the inventory clerk.
There maybe times where you will need to contact the tenant to arrange a time with them as the estate agent will require us to do the inventory and then hand keys over to the tenant. We need to make sure the tenant, clerk and agent all know what date and time has been agreed for the inventory by the tenant and clerk.
We won't get as many calls during These 2 months but i just need to make sure that there will always be someone available to take calls just in case.
Some data entry maybe needed also and that to simply to update the spreadsheet with the new job bookings.
