Telesales Expert For Presentation

We are looking for someone to prepare and deliver a seminar to about 20 people on how to do effective telesales or cold calling. These will be individuals from various companies looking to learn a bit more about how they can go about cold calling with a bit more success - a few techniques that you may use. This will be a 3 hour seminar but having attended several similar ones I can give advice and provide some assistance with the content if necessary.

Really what we need is someone with a bit of experience in telesales who is confident and able to give a presentation. The presentation will take place in Leeds city centre on a weekday morning around the 24th June (next month).
