PhoneGap Mobile App - Video Upload

Essentially what the user needs to be able to do is the following:

- download app
- branded splash page with some text
- take video then have the ability to playback video, review and if suitable upload or retake and upload.
- note that says thanks for your video
-video is uploaded to an Amazon s3 bucket and the account details will be provided.

The app needs to be completed and submitted to the apple App Store by the 25th, Tuesday next week! I know the timing is tight but for someone with experience in this area it would be a good fit.

Please provide details of how many hours you estimate it taking to complete.
