Personal Web Developer: Joomla, PHP, jQuery

I typically develop own services, components and modules for my own sports site, built on Joomla (and integrations with Wordpress and even some legacy PHPnuke things), and mix this with bought add-ons like JFBConnect, Jomsocial, jreviews. Also currently in use and needing some new features: services based on the Google Maps API.

Since I also have to manage the site content and the community, I don't have enough time anymore to do it all myself. I'm looking for a talented person who can help me develop new things and maintain the existing code.

One of the coming projects involves huge database, so if you have experience with noSql databases and similar, that's a plus.

I assume we will typically be communicating per e-mail and Skype, so fluency in English is a must. Must be able to be productive without much supervision, and I must like, trust and respect the person who does this job, so an initial Skype video call would be best.
