Need a website designer

looking for a website designer who has experience in doing database websites for my company, we deal with luxury car hire, I'm looking for 8-12 pages which i shall provide all the content, online booking form, logo design which i will provide the draft, but everything has to be designed from scratch no copied templates. it should include web hosting for a year at least, and submission to all search engines. Photographs have to be supplied by the designer or however he chooses to acquire them.
