Job Description

Project is a PHP/MySQL database for an umbrella charity group which is interested in putting online a members database so member organisations can manage their own details in a Regional table (15 fields), Org data (20 fields) and contact details (30 fields). The DB would mainly for private in-house use but a few contact entries will be visible on their web site.

The main requirements will be as below;

1. Secure online log in for members.
2. Access to certain areas of the database to be restricted to key user groups eg org leaders, district officials, office staff.
3. Ability to generate standard and one-off reports eg statistics, address labels, contact lists, Membership stats, Search facilities - to search by org name or individual name.
4. Ability to pull out data, such as all members between certain ages or by county/town.
5. Ideally, ability to transfer data from MS Access to new web based database.

We will have a detailed specification available shortly but initially we are looking for indicative quotes and timescale availability.

Please note that we will only consider bids from experienced PHP/MySQL programmers with high quality rating reviews of past work.

Here are some practical tips on staying safe

Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
