Looking for freelance web designers/developer

Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: As a respected full marketing agency we are looking to enhance our digital team and therefore need to find front-end developers to join us. Preferably you will be someone with a leaning towards design/creative but you must have the essential front end build skills.
You will work within a small close knit team so good communication skills are essential, in a highly creative and collaborative environment, where an idea can come from anywhere. You will work across a variety of projects for both international, national and local accounts.
You will be an experienced front-end developer, with strong HTML 5, CSS and JQuery skills being essential. Experience with responsive design and used to working across multiple brands and projects at any one time would be a major advantage. Preferably you will be a strong visual designer, able to code and design with ease.
Extra notes: Essential skills:
We are seeking a candidate that understands key server-side web development concepts. Other essential requirements are:
• Strong experience using modern web standards (CSS3, HTML5) and JavaScript
• Experience working with .NET solutions.
• Experience leveraging front-end libraries, such as JQuery

Desirable Skills:
• Experienced with Umbraco
• Experience integrating with APIs (such as Facebook or Google Maps)
• Additional skillsets considered a plus
