We are a financial firm in London looking for a basic but reliable CRM system. We are looking for a client database whereby we can attach files to the clients account, update progress on account opening, be able to enter trade recommendations. We need two types of client - Prospective Clients and Actual Clients. We need to be able to easily move propects over to actual clients. We need each note or information entered to be date and time stamped. Must be able to come to our London office for a meeting to discuss in more depth. We are looking for a web based system.
