I need an ad hoc Commercial Lawyer

Description of legal work: There is a flow of:

NDAs
Confidentiality agreements
Partnering agreements
Subcontracts
Maintenance contracts

We want to review some of our own contracts but the main problem is dealing with the contracts of other parties.

Occasionally we have required specialist legal help e.g. in contracts, export law and IP. We want someone to liaise with these specialists when required.
Extra notes: We are an IT hardware and services company and getting increasingly involved with partners and larger customers. The resulting contracts and other agreements have become a burden on our MD who now wishes to obtain legal support to ensure that the company is adequately protected without creating unnecessary delays and obstacles to doing business.
