Description of every page/module:
BackEnd Functionalities:
1. Project User Profile management
1.1 Creation and editing of profile and settings per user
1.2 Creation of new project under User --> 3.
2. Investor/Funder Profile management
2.1. Creation and editing of Investor Profile and settings per user
2.2. Investment profile management per project; "Investor Bid" per project,
* NOTE Investor can have different per project Investment Profiles (3.2.)
3. Project Management
3.1. Creation and editing of project with set of required attributes: Owner(auto),Date Published(auto), Short Description, Description, Budget,Technoligies Used, Model (3.2.), other potentially needed fields and main Image and attachments.
3.2. Project has 2 ways of funding: 'Investment Only' and 'Investment and Work Contribution'
--> If 'Investment Only' model, then "Funding A%" of requested funding needs to be collected before "Round" ends.
--> If 'Investment and Work Contribution' model, then "Funding B%" of Investment and "Work%" of Work Contribution needs to be collected before "Round" ends.
* NOTE Funder profile conrtibutes towards "Funding A%" or "Funding B%"
3.3. On Success, Project User and Investor agree on "Final Payment Plan". (4.2.2.)
4. Payments
4.1. Payments to System Owner
4.1.1. "Project Payment A" whic is paid by Project User when new project is Published.
4.1.2. When project is funded and success, "Project Payment B%" of total Budget set in 3.1.
4.1.3. "Investor Bid" will be charged on success and placed on System Owners account to be paid out as "Final Payment Plan" states.
4.2. Payments to Project User
4.2.1. "User Payment A%" after succesfull pledge. This is % of Total Collected Money.
4.2.2. "Final Payment Plan" debends on whats has been agreed between Project User and Investor.
*NOTE 4.2.2. will be probably like 'Reminder of Total Collected Money devided in Y payments over X months time'
5. Admin
5.1. Admin is able to revise Projects and Publish them or ask clarification from Project User
5.3. All variables to be set by Admin: "Project Payment A", "Funding A%","Funding B%", "Work%", "Round", "Project Payment B%", "User Payment A%" etc.
FrontEnd Functionalities
6. Project Showcasing
1. Showcase of Projects with Categories.
1.2. Details of Project with status of bid etc.
*Logged in Investor/Funder can bid for any Active Project.
Some additional cleanup and refinery of current WP solution or other chosen solution.
