What we Need ?
We need an expert in customer service, someone that is great with dealing with people , able to cope with upset customers but always remaining professional .
The successful candidate will possess the following ?
Be an all round customer service wizard
Have brilliant spelling and grammar skills
UK Based
Professional
Able to work a few hours per day ( mornings Sat to Mon) with potentially more hours offered if the candidate wishes to take these on.
Must be able to start work immediately.
What will the work entail?
You will respond to queries that come in to our email system. You will respond to the messages and resolve any issues the customers have. This is all email based, you will not be speaking to customers over the phone it will all be via messages. The majority of messages are just queries regarding products and deliveries of products. We will give initial training and ongoing help to ensure a smooth transition. You will work Fri to Sat .
Will initially be a few hours a day, there will be more work available based on how well you perform.
The successful candidate will be monitored to ensure they are responding to messages efficiently, professionally and reflecting our companies excellent customer service record.
