We are looking to have a website built that will facilitate secure consumer-to-consumer transactions. This website will allow individual consumers list products for sale, including product details and photos, and allow buyers to privately negotiate and agree a price with the seller.
The products that will be listed will be high-value. We want to secure the transaction and ensure full trust and transparency. Consequently, we do not want it to be possible for contact details to be exchanged between the parties.
I would be keen on using Magento for the site as I like its marketing and sales features. However, I would be open to advice/suggestions on alternatives.
I want to get a price for full website design and development and will be looking for ongoing support.
